Takes me a while to finally make a decision, but I think I want to buy a Wii, is there a new wii coming out anytime soon b.c if so maybe I should wait until then. Also when will prices drop on the Wii's? And is there any karaoke games for the Wii system and can you tell me more about the capabilities...like can you play CD/DVD on Wii or anything else. Ive played wii a few times (bowling and tennis) games so I am a little familiar with the system.Want to buy a Wii but concerned something new might come out soon?

I dont think that a new Nintendo console will be made in the next year or 2 years. Get a ps3 or 360 because there the ones with dvd players and HD graphics. I dont know if there are any karaoke games on there at the moment but there is LIPS for 360 and SINGSTAR for PS3
just buy it and get gaming, don't obsess over this! there are no new versions of the wii coming out that i'm aware of!! the wii is tiny and attractive anyway.
by the time you buy it there will be a whole new console out ;-)! to get value for your money, buy it asap and enjoy it for the longest time possible.
