They have not signed contracts for Breaking Dawn as of yet. I'm sure Summit is considering the possibility very carefully, as it would mean lots of profits, but nothing has been announced.
Stephenie Meyer said a while back, right after the book was released, that she could not realistically see them making a movie for Breaking Dawn because currently there is no way of realistically animating Renesmee, and no actor can play her since she is supposed to be more intellegent than an average baby and ages so quickly. However, she said that if technology was able to come up with an answer for that, she would love to see it come to life.

That depends. Kristen Stewart says yes, but Stephanie Meyers says no. She doesn't want Breaking Dawn made until CGI people are perfected because there's no way to make it without animating Renesme.Is there going to be a 4th Twilight movie?
I really hope so! but i think it would be hard to do renesme...growing up all fast and stuff...
