I don't have any money to spend on my parents.
I bought them something the past 2 years though.
I am good with computers and making videos on windows movie maker.
I had a good idea:
Make a video for my mom%26amp;dad with pictures of them on their wedding day, when I was little, us together, through the years etc. I also have a sister, 11 and a brother 12 who don't buy them anything but will include them in the vid.
Im going to scan old pics, from like 10-20 years ago and put them together with a song playing.
[Windows Movie Maker] then upload to youtube for them to watch anytime [I am making it at a relatives] I don't know how to put it on a DVD, they have Vista on their PC.
Anyways.
What SONG?
I have no idea.
It does not have to be christmas!!
Thanks. What song should I use in a video for my mom%26amp;dad? PLEASE ANSWER?
Great idea! Besides, uploading it to youtube will give the rest of the family a chance to share it, unlike burning it on a DVD.
Listen to these,
Natalie Merchant - Kind And Generous

it is upbeat, yet it delivers the message. God Bless! What song should I use in a video for my mom%26amp;dad? PLEASE ANSWER?
I have no idea why but, I think "First Day of My Life" by Bright Eyes would be a great song for this. It's typically a love song but, it could show that when you all truly became a family that it was the real "First day" of your life. Check it out =)

this song is about our parents...
I think that's an awesome idea. You are a wonderful daughter :) Your parents are lucky
I'd recommend:
In My Daughter's Eye by Martina McBride or
Teach Your Children by Crosby, Stills, and Nash
Those are kinda family songs
or
Cain and Able by Josh Kelley %26lt;-- sweet song... though not really Xmas related
Or if you want Xmas songs:
Merry Xmas (War is Over) - many have sung that song. I love The Fray's version. It's really sweet.
