I don't know about the DVD, but it is official that they are coming out with a new album, though the name has not been released. It will include songs such as what fans have titled "Stay," and several others. It is supposed to come out mid to late 2009.

Is My Chemical Romance creating a DVD with the music videos from the Black Parade?I love these guys too but haven't heard much out of them. I know they're really busy though. We can only hope. I'll keep an eye on your question and hope we get some real answers soon. Went to two Black Parade concerts and both were incredible! (Reno and Portland, OR)
i'm not sure about the black parade video thing, there are no mentions online so they prob won't but you never know, as for the new album in an interview with NME gerard said there "expecting it real quick, and that there taking there time with the record, they have a lot of time to wright know. it may just be two months and then we might end up getting inspired and a record just spills of us real quick" so yer hope this helped, sorry if you already knew all this, email me if you ever find out bout that blck parade thing
