Can i run GTA IV with this set-up?

I have looked everywhere and I can't find the Specs of GTA IV anywhere. It is due for release here in the UK for the 29th. I have purchased a laptop which will be coming soon and i realised I may be able to get it/run it (i dont have a PS3 or Xbox360). The specs of the laptop are as so:



Intel C2 DUO P7350 2,00Ghz 1066Mhz 3MB-25Watts

4 GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC6400 800MHZ

250GB 5400rpm SATA Harddisk

Windows Vista Premium

DVD-RW / CD-RW SATA

i am just wondering whether GTA IV will run on highest settings smoothly with this set-up?
